Exporting Student Data

Studioware allows you to export your student data to a Comma Separated Values file (csv file).  This is a text file that can easily be opened with Microsoft Excel.

To export your student data, follow these instructions:

1. Click on Students in the main toolbar.
2. Click on "Export Students" is the sub-toolbar.
3. Studioware allows you to:
   
   
   • Export all students
   • Export students that have a certain student status
   • Export students that are enrolled in a specified class.
   
   The export student's user interface appears as follows:
   
4. Click on the "Export" button to start the export process. 
5. After a brief delay, the "File Download" dialog box will display.  You can "Open" or "Save" your exported student file.
