Online Class Enrollment Notifications

Studioware can notify you by email when a student/family enrolls in a class using the Online Class Enrollment.  To setup the online class enrollment notifications, follows these instructions:

  1. Click on "Administration" in the main-menu.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the sub-menu.
  3. Click on "Studioware Integration" settings.
  4. Edit the "Online Enrollment Notification" setting.
  5. In the settings, enter in one or more email addresses separated by a comma.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.
  7. The Online Class Enrollment Notification is now complete.

When a new or existing student/family enroll in a class at your studio, an email will be sent to the email list described above with the subject "Online Enrollment".  The email will contain the class name and date/time, the list of students enrolling in the class, and the status of the enrollment.  

Note:

An "Online Enrollment" email does NOT always indicate that a successful enrollment occurred. It's important to look at the "Enrollment Status" next to each student. The enrollment status may be:

  • The student has been enrolled in the class.
  • The student is already enrolled in the class.
  • The student has been added to the waiting list for the class.
  • The student is already on the waiting list for the class.
